• Season: High School “Fall” Sports Season Runs Late August – Mid November

• Practice: Practices on Sundays

​

• Practice Location: Barnstormers Gymnastics – 5 minute walk from RFH! 102 Avenue of Two Rivers Rumson, NJ 07660

​

• Meets: There are about 9 invitational meets per season, plus three qualifiers: Shore Conference, Sectionals, and States. Meets tend to start at the beginning of September and run through early November. All meets are away and generally last two hours, with the exception of Shore Conference, Sectionals, and States.

• Competition: A gymnast may compete on one or all events. Five gymnasts are allowed to compete on each event. The team score is calculated by adding the top three scores from each event. All events are warmed up prior to the start of competition. Competition fee is approximately $300 per gymnast.

​

• Transportation: Gymnasts are responsible for providing their own transportation to meets.

 

• Attendance: Attendance is required at all practices and competitions, unless otherwise scheduled with a coach. Absences should be avoided when possible.

​

• Uniforms/Attire: Each gymnast must purchase their own uniform RFH leotard. Gymnasts will be expected to provide their own black leggings and shorts to be worn with the uniform and will be provided a warm up jacket.

​

• Registration: Interested students must sign-up and register for Gymnastics through RFH. Physicals are due in the summer based on the schedule provided by RFH.
