Did you know the RFH gymnastics team is self-funded? That means the gymnasts need to raise money to to pay for coaches, practice time in the gym and meets. It adds up quickly. While the program has grown from 3 gymasntcs to 11 and from not placing in a single competition to becoming Shore Conference Champs, it is difficult to sustain the program. If you could find it in your heart to support what these girls treasure in their hearts, the team would be forever grateful. Please sponsor a gymnast or simply donate to our program.

MEET OUR GYMNASTS

Harley is a senior. In 2022, as a sophomore, she placed 9th on vault at Shore Conference Championships and was posted as one of the Top Vaulters in the country. She is the 2022 Xcel Diamond Vault State Champion and placed 1st on bars, Xcel Diamond at the Lemon Classic Invitational.

Sienna (Captain)

Sienna is a junior at RFH. She has been a gymnast since she was four years old and started competing at six years old. She competes for RFH and Aerials. If she is not at the gym, she is at the beach, coaching young gymnasts at Barnstormers gym where her love of gymnastics all began, or snowboarding.

Natalie is a senior and has been competing since she was 6 years old. She competes for Premier Gym located in Morganville, NJ. She is training level 10. Natalie will be attending Towson University on a full athletic scholarship to compete Division I.

Tristan is a senior at RFH. It is her first year on the gymnastics team.

Addie is a junior at RFH and has been a gymnast since she was 4 years old. She competes for RFH and Aerials Gymnastics. Addie coaches gymnastics in her free time and loves to snowboard.

Olivia

Olivia is a junior and has been a gymnast since she was four years old and a competitive gymnast since she was nine. During the year she competes at Epic Gymnastics in Manasquan, NJ on the Excel Platinum team. She is looking forward to her third year on the RFH Gymnastics team!

Caressa

Caressa is a sophomore and is in her 8th year of competing and looks forward to each new season she can learn and perform bigger skills. She enjoys spending time with her teammates in and out of the gym. Always looking for the next challenge, she participates in activities such as track and field, volunteering at beach clean ups, hiking and babysitting.

Lily

Lily is a sophomore and has been doing gymnastics for 7 years. In addition to RFH, she competes for Aerials Gymnastics. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Mia is a sophomore. She has been doing gymnastics for 4 years. She enjoys gymnastics because it teaches you to work hard, keep going, never give up and at the same time is a lot of fun! Mia's favorite event is floor.
